| It
is a combination of a 3 step filtration mechanical,
biological and chemical to ensure a clean and
ideal water quality for all marine and freshwater
life. Mechanical filter acts as a pre- filter
to remove all suspended particles before reaching
the biological filter. After that, toxic compound
NH4/NH3+ will be removed by the biological filter
via nitrification. Finally odor and yellow tint
coloration in the water will be adsorbed by the
chemical filter before the water is returned to
the aquarium. |

'S' series is equipped with
a protein skimmer for marine
aquarium use. Protein skimmerl
removes part of the protein
inside the aquarium created
by dead algae, animals and also
left over food particles or
organic waste to reduce the
amount of nitrate (NO3) produced
by biological filter via nitrification. |
